For clothing and merchandise items, we also offer a 14-day return policy. If you would like to return an item within this period, you can do so for a full refund, no questions asked. Please ensure that all returned items are in the condition they were received. The cost of return postage for clothing and merchandise items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the wrong item or size other than ordered was received.

International customers can also take advantage of our return policy. All parts that have not been fitted for purpose or used can be returned to us within 14 days for a refund. However, please note that returns which incur costs from couriers or customs agencies will be covered by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

When shopping and importing goods from another country, it's important to be aware of possible customs fees. These fees are set and controlled by your local customs authority and are not applied by Massey Tractor Parts. If you fail to pay the customs fees when the goods have already reached the destination, the goods will be returned to us in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Any costs to get the goods back, as well as any customs duties, will be subtracted from the refund issued once the goods are returned. Please check with our staff before ordering if you are unsure about customs fees in your country.

For orders in the UK and Ireland over £180 including VAT, we offer free shipping on items under 20kg. Please note that this offer does not include the highlands or channel islands.

If you decide to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily cancel and refund the order right away. In the event that the order has already been dispatched, we will accept a return of the item within 14 days of you receiving it. Our exchange policy extends to 21 days from the date of receipt.

Shipping of your item is handled by reputable and reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and FedEx. All items are sent tracked and signed for. In the event of your item not arriving, please contact the relevant courier with the tracking number provided. While we will do our best to assist with any delivery delays, please note that we are unable to provide more information than the couriers themselves.

If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please ensure that you check and are satisfied with it before signing for the item. Once the parcel is signed for, we cannot debate with the courier company about the parcel. If the packaging is damaged en route, please refuse the delivery and the courier will return the parcel to us.

For any additional shipping charges or customs and duties, we will always strive to get your part to you for the shipping price you have paid. However, in some cases, we may need to contact you for additional shipping costs. If you are ordering from a country outside of the member states of the EU, your order will incur customs clearance duties and tax charges calculated by that country's authorities.
