For clothing and merchandise returns, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the delivered-on date. If an item of clothing doesn't fit, you can return it to us, and we will refund it for you. Our policy for exchanging items extends to 21 days.

International returns are also accepted within 14 days, but please note that return postage costs will be covered by the customer. However, if you have been recommended a part by our staff that doesn't fit your machine, we will cover the cost of return postage. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

When shopping and importing goods from another country, please be aware that you may have to pay customs fees when the goods arrive at the destination. These fees are set and controlled by your local customs authority and are not applied by Massey Tractor Parts. If you fail to pay the customs fees, the goods will be returned to us, and any costs incurred will be subtracted from the refund issued. Please check with our staff before ordering if you are unsure about customs charges.

For orders in the UK and Ireland over £180, we offer free shipping on items under 20kg. Please note that this offer excludes the highlands and channel islands.

If you decide to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily cancel and refund the order if it hasn't been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Our exchange policy extends to 21 days from the date of receipt.

When it comes to shipping, we only use reputable and reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and FedEx. All items are sent tracked and signed for. If your item doesn't arrive, please contact the relevant courier with the tracking number provided. While we will do our best to assist with delayed deliveries, please note that we cannot provide more information than the couriers themselves.

If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please check and ensure that you are happy with it before signing for the item. Once the parcel is signed for, we cannot debate with the courier company about the parcel. If the packaging is damaged en route, please refuse the delivery, and the courier will return the parcel to us.

However, occasionally, some parts may require additional shipping costs due to their volume. If you are ordering from a country outside of the EU, your order will incur customs clearance duties and tax charges calculated by your country's authorities.
