Please note that return postage costs are not covered unless the part was recommended by our staff and does not fit your machine as required. Additionally, all our parts are covered by a 1-year warranty, and in the event of a part breaking, we will replace it with a brand new one.

For clothing and merchandise returns, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return the item for a full refund. We do not cover the cost of return postage unless you received the wrong item or size. If an item of clothing does not fit, simply return it to us, and we will refund your purchase once we receive the returns. Our policy for exchanging items extends to 21 days.

International returns follow the same guidelines as domestic returns. However, please note that return postage costs and any costs incurred from couriers or customs agencies will be covered by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

When shopping and importing goods from another country, it is important to be aware of possible customs fees. These fees are set and controlled by your local customs authority and are not applied by Massey Tractor Parts. If you do not pay the customs fees, the goods will be returned to us, and any costs associated with the return will be subtracted from your refund. For orders in the UK and Ireland over £180, we offer free shipping on items under 20kg. Please note that this offer does not include the highlands or channel islands.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily cancel and refund your order if it has not been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. Our exchange policy extends to 21 days from the date of receipt.

Shipping of your item is handled by reputable and reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and FedEx. All items are sent tracked and signed for. If your item does not arrive, please contact the relevant courier with the tracking number provided. While we will do our best to assist with any delivery delays, we cannot provide more information than the couriers themselves.

Additional shipping charges may apply for certain items due to their volume. If additional shipping costs are required, we will contact you with a quote from the courier. If you are ordering from a country outside of the EU, your order will incur customs clearance duties and tax charges determined by your country's authorities.
