When it comes to returns and refunds, we have a straightforward policy. If you receive a part that has not been fitted or used and it doesn't meet your requirements, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return postage unless our staff recommended the part and it doesn't fit your machine as required. Additionally, all our parts are covered by a 1-year warranty, and in the event of a part breaking, simply contact us and we will replace it with a brand new one.
For clothing and merchandise returns, you can return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. We are unable to cover the cost of return postage unless the wrong item or size was received. If an item of clothing doesn't fit, simply return it to us and we will refund it once we receive the returns. Our policy for exchanging items extends to 21 days.
International returns follow the same guidelines as domestic returns. However, please note that returns which incur costs from couriers or customs agencies will be covered by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
When shopping and importing goods from another country, you may have to pay custom fees when the goods arrive at the destination. These fees are set and controlled by your local customs authority and are not applied by Massey Tractor Parts. If you fail to pay the customs fees, the goods will be returned to us, and any costs to get the goods back as well as any customs duties will be subtracted from the refund issued. Please be aware of these possible charges before ordering.
For orders in the UK and Ireland over £180, we offer free shipping on items under 20kg. Please note that this offer excludes the highlands and channel islands.
If you decide to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily cancel and refund the order if it hasn't been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. Our exchange policy extends to 21 days.
When it comes to shipping, we only use reputable and reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and Fedex. All items are sent tracked and signed for. In the event of your item not arriving, please contact the relevant courier with the tracking number provided. We will do our best to assist you with any delayed deliveries, but please note that we are unable to provide more information than the couriers themselves.
If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please ensure you check and are happy with it before signing for the item. Once the parcel is signed for, we cannot debate with the courier company about the parcel. If the packaging is damaged en route, please refuse the delivery and the courier will return the parcel to us.
For any additional shipping charges or customs and duties, we will always strive to get your part to you for the shipping price you have paid. However, occasionally we may need to contact customers for additional shipping costs. If you are ordering from a country outside of the EU, your order will incur customs clearance duties and tax charges calculated by your country's authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
