If you receive a part that has not been fitted or used and it doesn't meet your requirements, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return postage unless our staff recommended the part and it doesn't fit your machine as required. Additionally, all our parts are covered by a 1-year warranty, and in the event of a part breaking, simply contact us and we will replace it with a brand new one.

For clothing and merchandise returns, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the delivered-on date. All returned items must be in the condition they were received. If an item of clothing doesn't fit, you can return it to us and we will refund it, allowing you to reorder another item or a different size. Our policy for exchanging items extends to 21 days.

International returns follow the same guidelines as domestic returns. However, please note that returns which incur costs from couriers or customs agencies will be covered by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

When shopping and importing goods from another country, it's important to be aware of possible customs fees. These fees are set and controlled by your local customs authority and are not applied by Massey Tractor Parts. If you fail to pay the customs fees and the goods are returned to us, any costs to get the goods back, as well as any customs duties, will be subtracted from the refund issued once the goods are returned. Please check with our staff before ordering if you are unsure about the customs fees in your country.

For orders in the UK and Ireland over £180, we offer free shipping on items under 20kg. Please note that this offer excludes the highlands and channel islands.

If you decide to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily cancel and refund the order if it hasn't been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. Our exchange policy extends to 21 days from the date of receipt.

When it comes to shipping, we only use reputable and reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and FedEx. All items are sent tracked and signed for. In the event of a delayed delivery, please contact the relevant courier for the most up-to-date information. Please note that once the parcel is signed for, we are unable to debate with the courier company about the parcel. If the packaging is damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us.

For any additional shipping charges or customs and duties, we will always strive to provide accurate shipping prices. However, occasionally, some parts may require additional shipping costs due to their volume. If you are ordering from a country outside of the EU, your order will incur customs clearance duties and tax charges calculated by your country's authorities. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
