Returns and Refunds Policy

At masseytractorparts.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for information regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns

Parts Returns

Eligibility:
Parts that are unused, uninstalled, and returned within 14 days from the delivery date are eligible for a full refund for products only (Restocking Fees Apply).
Parts returned within 30 days (but after the initial 14 days) are eligible for a credit note valued at the original purchase price of the parts returned (No Restocking Fees Apply).

Non-returnable Items:
Parts marked as “STOCK CLEARANCE” or “SPECIAL PRICE” are non-returnable. Please ensure the correct part is ordered before purchase, as sales of these items are final. Please note that any returned “SPECIAL PRICE” items will be refunded as store credit only. For any issues, please contact our support team.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are not covered unless a part has been recommended by our team and it does not fit your machine or you have not received the item ordered. All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and not masseytractorparts.com.

Clothing & Merchandise Returns

Eligibility:
Clothing or merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition. (Restocking Fees Apply)

Non-returnable Items:
Items marked as “STOCK CLEARANCE” or “SPECIAL PRICE” are non-returnable. Please ensure the correct size is ordered before purchase, as sales of these items are final. Please note that any returned “SPECIAL PRICE” items will be refunded as store credit only. For any issues, please contact our support team.

Return Shipping:
We will cover return shipping costs only if the wrong item or size was sent. All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and not Farmingparts.com.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges for clothing or merchandise are available within 21 days of receipt.

International Returns

Eligibility:
Unused and uninstalled parts or clothing can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (Restocking Fees Apply)

Non-returnable Items:
As with UK returns, “STOCK CLEARANCE” and “SPECIAL PRICE” items are non-returnable. Please ensure the correct part/size is ordered before purchase, as sales of these items are final. Please note that any returned “SPECIAL PRICE” items will be refunded as store credit only. For any issues, please contact our support team.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Stock Clearance Sale Products
Sales of clearance and special price items are final and non-returnable unless the wrong item is received. Please ensure the correct part/size is ordered before purchase, as sales of these items are final. Please note that any returned “SPECIAL PRICE” items will be refunded as store credit only. For any issues, please contact our support team.

Refunds

Refund Conditions:
Please note all refunds will be deducted a 5% handling fee for orders within the United Kingdom and 7% for orders outside the United Kingdom for restocking. Some products like products from our Draper, Sealey & SIP Range have a higher restocking fee of 25% due to being sent direct from the manufacturer.

Inspection:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

Full Refunds:
If the return is approved, we will refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days (depending on your payment provider).

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in a damaged or non-original condition or if parts are missing.

Late Returns:
Items returned after 14 days but within 30 days may receive a partial refund at our discretion.

Cancelled Orders:
For orders canceled before dispatch, standard cancellation terms apply. For orders that have been dispatched, the return must be made within 14 days of receipt. A handling and return fee of up to 25% may apply if the order includes specially ordered items.

Additional Considerations

Shipping Adjustments:
In some cases, due to courier policies regarding package dimensions, weight, or insured value limits (which may require a change in the shipping method after checkout), additional shipping charges may be applied.

Any additional shipping costs incurred as a result of necessary courier changes (as detailed in our Shipping Policy) are non-refundable.

If an alternative shipping service was used or if extra fees were incurred, those costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs, including any additional or insured shipping fees (for orders over £100), are non-refundable. This includes adjustments made due to courier limitations or changes to the originally selected shipping method.

Customs Fees:
Any customs duties or fees imposed by your local customs authority are non-refundable. If an item is returned due to unpaid customs fees, those charges, plus any incurred return fees (up to 25% of the order value), will be deducted from your refund.

Important U.S. Customs Update (Effective August 29th, 2025):
The United States will eliminate duty-free de minimis treatment for all imported goods, regardless of origin. Every shipment valued at or below $800 USD will now be subject to applicable duties, taxes, and fees. This change may affect your customs clearance process, and additional charges may be applied by U.S. Customs before delivery can be completed.

Exchanges

Eligibility:
Exchanges are available for clothing, defective, or damaged items.

Procedure:

Buckler Boots Returns Under Warranty

Eligibility & Conditions:
Buckler boots may be returned under warranty if they meet the warranty conditions (i.e., they are faulty or defective).

Instructions:
Please ensure the boots are returned in accordance with the instructions provided.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Pre-dispatch:
Orders can be canceled before dispatch without penalty. (subject to the above terms).

Post-dispatch:
Once an order has been dispatched, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt (subject to the above terms).

Special Shipping Terms (Referenced from our Shipping Policy)

Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available for orders over £180 (excluding VAT) within the UK & Ireland, provided the items are under 20kg and the delivery address is not in restricted areas such as the Highlands or Channel Islands. Note that this does not apply to items shipped from certain vendors such as Draper, Sealey or SIP.

Insured Shipping:
Orders over £100 will be insured to cover loss during transit. Any additional insured shipping charges are included in your order cost and are non-refundable.
