Delivery and Shipping Policy

• Eligibility: Unused and uninstalled parts returned within 14 days of delivery → Full refund (Restocking Fee Applies)

• Parts returned between 14–30 days → Credit note for full product value (No Restocking Fee)

• Non-returnable items: Products marked STOCK CLEARANCE or SPECIAL PRICE are final sale. Please note that any returned “SPECIAL PRICE” items will be refunded as store credit only.

• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless:

  • We recommended the part and it does not fit your machine, or

  • You received the incorrect item.

7.2 Clothing & Merchandise Returns

• Eligibility: Return within 14 days for a full refund (Restocking Fee Applies).

• Non-returnable items: Items marked STOCK CLEARANCE or SPECIAL PRICE.

• Boots under 3 years old (based on UKCA/CE label) are covered.

• Covered: defects in uppers, soles, construction.

• Components such as laces, eyelets, insoles: 3-month warranty.

• Exclusions: Damage from misuse, neglect, cuts, punctures, scuffing, or extreme conditions.

• Warranty Claims: Must be submitted through the authorised dealer. Photos and claim forms may be required.
