Payments
By placing an order, you confirm the payment details are accurate. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Key points include:

  • Shipping Methods & Weight Rules: Shipping costs are calculated based on total weight, volumetric weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Couriers always charge based on whichever weight is greater (volumetric or actual).

  • Courier Adjustments: Some parcels may exceed courier limits (weight, dimensions, insured value). If this occurs, we may:

    • Upgrade or change your courier

    • Match the paid service where possible

    • Charge the difference if no equivalent service exists
      If extra shipping fees apply, you will be contacted to approve or cancel your order for a refund.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, courier handling, peak periods, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

  • U.S. Customs Update (Effective 29 August 2025): All U.S. imports—including those valued under $800—will be subject to duties, taxes, and clearance fees. These charges must be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

  1. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

This section merges the full Returns & Refunds Policy directly into the Terms of Service.

7.1 Parts Returns

  • Eligibility: Unused and uninstalled parts returned within 14 days of delivery → Full refund (Restocking Fee Applies)

  • Parts returned between 14–30 days → Credit note for full product value (No Restocking Fee)

  • Non-returnable items: Products marked STOCK CLEARANCE or SPECIAL PRICE are final sale. Please note that any returned “SPECIAL PRICE” items will be refunded as store credit only.

  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless:

    • We recommended the part and it does not fit your machine, or

    • You received the incorrect item.

7.2 Clothing & Merchandise Returns

  • Eligibility: Return within 14 days for a full refund (Restocking Fee Applies).

  • Non-returnable items: Items marked STOCK CLEARANCE or SPECIAL PRICE.

  • Return Shipping: Covered only when the wrong size or product was sent by us.

  • Exchanges: Available within 21 days of delivery.

7.3 International Returns

  • Unused/uninstalled parts or clothing may be returned within 30 days (Restocking Fee Applies).

  • Shipping and customs charges are the customer's responsibility.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7.4 Clearance & Special Price Items

  • All clearance or special price sales are final, unless the incorrect item is sent. Please note that any returned “SPECIAL PRICE” items will be refunded as store credit only.

7.5 Refund Processing & Fees

  • Handling/Restocking Fees:

    • UK orders: 5%

    • International orders: 7%

    • Draper, Sealey, SIP items: up to 25% (manufacturer restocking fee)

  • Partial Refunds May Apply If:

    • Item arrives damaged

    • Parts are missing

    • Packaging is not original

    • Item is returned after the 14-day window

  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Cancelled Orders:

    • Before dispatch → no penalty

    • After dispatch → must be returned within 14 days; up to 25% handling fee may apply, especially for special-order items

7.6 Shipping Cost Deductions
The following are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Additional courier fees caused by size/weight restrictions

  • Insured shipping fees

  • Courier upgrades applied post-checkout

  • Return shipping fees

  • Any extra fees resulting from switching courier services due to limitations

7.7 Customs Fees
All customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are non-refundable. If an item is returned due to unpaid customs fees, these charges plus return fees (up to 25%) will be deducted from your refund.

7.8 Exchanges (UK & International)

    • BBZ Non-Safety: 12 months

    • BBZ 6000 / 8000: 9 months

    • Wizardz: 6 months

  • Boots under 3 years old (based on UKCA/CE label) are covered.

  • Covered: defects in uppers, soles, construction.

  • Components such as laces, eyelets, insoles: 3-month warranty.

  • Exclusions: Damage from misuse, neglect, cuts, punctures, scuffing, or extreme conditions.

  • Warranty Claims: Must be submitted through the authorised dealer. Photos and claim forms may be required.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos, software, graphics) belongs to masseytractorparts.com or its licensors.
You may not use or reproduce our content without written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farmingparts.com is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits, data, or business

  • Incorrect installation or misuse of parts
    Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.

  1. Privacy

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to these practices.

  1. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
We are not liable for losses arising from misuse of your account.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farmingparts.com and its employees from any claims resulting from your:

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Northern Irish courts.
