We currently ship to addresses within the UK & Ireland, as well as internationally.

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, volume, and the selected shipping method, along with the delivery destination.
Important Courier Information:
Due to specific courier policies regarding package dimensions, weight, and insured value limits, some items in your order may exceed the allowable thresholds for the courier originally selected at checkout. In such cases, we may need to change the shipping method to one that can accommodate your order. We will always endeavor to match a service at the price paid at checkout. However, if no equivalent service is available, we will contact you to explain the situation and inform you of any additional shipping costs. You may then choose to proceed with the updated shipping option or cancel your order for a full refund.
Note: Couriers always use whichever weight is heavier—Net Weight or Volumetric Weight. The available shipping methods and their costs will be displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping Eligibility
- Orders over £180 (excluding VAT) qualify for free shipping within the UK & Ireland.
- Conditions: This offer is valid for items under 20kg and does not apply to deliveries in restricted areas such as the Highlands or Channel Islands.
- Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to products shipped directly from supplier warehouses via drop-shipping services or items from certain vendors.
Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
- Weight Limits: Free shipping is available for orders under 20kg.
- Delivery Areas: Free shipping does not apply to certain regions such as the Highlands or Channel Islands. Additional charges may apply for areas outside the United Kingdom & Ireland.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
We use reputable shipping couriers such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and FedEx. All items are shipped tracked and require a signature upon delivery. If your item does not arrive, please contact the relevant courier with the provided tracking number. While we will assist with any delivery issues, detailed information is available directly from the courier.
If your parcel arrives with visible packaging damage, please inspect the contents before signing. If the packaging is damaged, please refuse delivery so the courier can return the parcel to us. -
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
International Shipping and Customs
We ship internationally to select countries. Please note that you may be required to pay customs fees upon the arrival of your goods. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not imposed by Massey Tractor Parts. If customs fees are not paid and the goods are returned to us, any return shipping costs and customs duties, along with a 25% handling fee, will be deducted from your refund. Please review these potential charges before placing your order, and feel free to contact us with any questions.
Additional Shipping Charges
Occasionally, items may incur additional charges due to volume or enhanced insurance coverage requirements for higher-value shipments. If additional charges apply, we will provide a quote from the courier and allow you the option to pay the additional costs or cancel your order for a full refund.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available for orders over £180 (excluding VAT) within the UK & Ireland, provided the items are under 20kg and the delivery address is not in restricted areas such as the Highlands or Channel Islands. This offer does not apply to items from certain vendors. -
Insured Shipping:
Orders over £100 will be insured to cover loss during transit. Any additional insured shipping charges are included in your order cost and are non-refundable.
