However, please note that returns which incur costs from couriers or customs agencies will be covered by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

When it comes to customs fees, it's important to note that these are not costs applied to the goods by us. They are costs that may occur when entering your country and are set and controlled by your local customs authority. If you fail to pay the customs fees, the goods will be returned to us, and any costs to get the goods back, as well as any customs duties, will be subtracted from the refund issued once the goods are returned. There will also be a 10% handling fee of the price of the ordered goods.

For orders in the UK and Ireland over £180, we offer free shipping on items under 20kg. Please note that this offer does not include the highlands or channel islands.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily cancel and refund the order right away. In the event of the order being dispatched before cancellation, we will accept a return of the item within 14 days of you receiving it.
