    All payments for orders must be made via the accepted payment methods available on our website. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate.


6. Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy outlines the shipping methods, delivery times, and associated costs for orders placed on our website. Key points include:

  • Shipping Methods and Costs:
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, volume, and chosen shipping method, along with the delivery destination. Please note that couriers always use whichever weight is heavier—Net Weight or Volumetric Weight.

  • Courier Adjustments:
    Due to specific courier policies regarding package dimensions, weight, and insured value limits, some items in your order may exceed the thresholds for the courier originally selected at checkout. In such cases, we may need to change the shipping method to one that can accommodate your order. We will always endeavor to match a service at the price paid at checkout. If no equivalent service is available, we will contact you to explain the situation and inform you of any additional shipping costs. You may then choose to proceed with the updated option or cancel your order for a full refund.

  • Delivery Times:
    Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Tracking:
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.


7. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns and Refunds Policy governs returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review this policy for detailed information:

  • Parts Returns:

    • Eligibility: Unused, uninstalled parts returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund. Parts returned within 30 days (but after the initial 14 days) may be eligible for a credit note at the original purchase price.
    • Non-returnable Items: Items marked as “STOCK CLEARANCE” or “SPECIAL PRICE” are non-returnable.
    • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless a part has been recommended by our team and it does not fit your machine.
  • Clothing & Merchandise Returns:

    • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if they are in their original condition.
    • Non-returnable Items: Items marked as “STOCK CLEARANCE” or “SPECIAL PRICE” are non-returnable.
    • Return Shipping: We will cover return shipping costs only if the wrong item or size was sent.
    • Exchanges: Exchanges for clothing or merchandise are available within 21 days of receipt.
  • International Returns:

    • Unused and uninstalled parts or clothing can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Conditions:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a damaged or non-original condition or if parts are missing. For orders canceled after dispatch, a handling fee of up to 25% may apply. Please note all refunds will be deducted a 3% handling fee for restocking.

  • Additional Shipping Charges:
    Any additional shipping costs incurred due to necessary courier changes (as detailed in our Shipping Policy) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Customs Fees:
    Any customs duties or fees imposed by your local customs authority are non-refundable. If an item is returned due to unpaid customs fees, those charges, plus any incurred return fees, will be deducted from your refund.


8. Warranty Information

Buckler Boots Warranty Information

  • Warranty Coverage:
    Buckler boots come with a warranty covering defects in materials and construction, available for 6, 9, or 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to boots that are under three years old from the date shown on the UKCA/CE certification label.

  • Warranty Period by Sub-Brand:

    • Hard As Nails: 12 months
    • Bang Guardz: 12 months
    • Buckshot: 12 months
    • Tradez: 12 months
    • Buckzviz: 12 months
    • Lacers / Dealerz: 12 months
    • Nubuckz: 12 months
    • BBZ Non-Safety: 12 months
    • BBZ 6000 / 8000: 9 months
    • Wizardz: 6 months
  • Covered Components:
    The warranty covers defects in the uppers, soles, and other construction materials of the boots. Components such as laces, eyelets, insoles, linings, and branding labels are covered by a 3-month warranty and will be replaced where possible if defective.

  • Exclusions:
    The warranty does not cover boots that have been misused, neglected, or damaged accidentally. Damage caused by excessive impact, cuts, punctures, scuffing, or exposure to harsh drying conditions is not covered.

  • Footwear Care:
    To extend the life of your boots, please clean them regularly and follow proper care guidelines. For further details, refer to the instructions provided with your boots.

  • Submitting a Warranty Claim:
    Warranty claims must be submitted through the authorized Buckler boots dealer where the boots were purchased. A warranty claim form and photographic evidence may be required. If a claim is approved, the dealer will replace the boots free of charge. For further assistance, please contact Buckler boots at warranties@buckbootz.com.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on Massey Tractor Parts—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Massey Tractor Parts or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without prior written consent.


10. Limitation of Liability

Massey Tractor Parts is not liable for any damages—including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—arising from your use of the website or any product purchased from us, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
