If an item of clothing doesn't fit, simply return it to us, and we will refund it once we receive the returns, allowing you to reorder another item or a different size. Our policy for exchanging items extends to 21 days.

International customers can also take advantage of our returns policy. All parts that have not been fitted for purpose or used can be returned to us within 14 days for a refund. However, please note that returns which incur costs from couriers or customs agencies will be covered by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

When shopping and importing goods from another country, please be aware that you may have to pay customs fees when the goods arrive at the destination. These fees are set and controlled by your local customs authority and are not applied by Massey Tractor Parts. Failure to pay the customs fees may result in the goods being returned to us in the United Kingdom. Any costs to get the goods back, as well as any customs duties, will be subtracted from the refund issued once the goods are returned. For orders in the UK and Ireland over £180, we offer free shipping on items under 20kg. Please note that this offer excludes the highlands and channel islands.

If you decide to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily cancel and refund the order if it hasn't been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. Our exchange policy extends to 21 days from the date of receipt.
