  • Unique Guarantee: Our "body and sole together forever" guarantee showcases the unmatched reliability and comfort of Buckboots.
  • Claim Requirements: For any footwear defect claim, submit photos showing both boots, the label inside, the soles, and the defect (if possible), along with the industry/job role of the wearer. The guarantee is valid as long as the tread on the sole is not excessively worn.


  • Manufacturing Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty on all parts for manufacturing defects, ensuring your equipment runs smoothly.
  • Extended Warranty on Batteries: Selected batteries come with an extended 2-year warranty, providing additional assurance.


  • Tractor Parts Warranty: All AGCO tractor parts are backed by a 1-year manufacturing warranty.
  • Labor Warranty: A 6-month warranty on labor is provided if the part is fitted by an AGCO dealership.
  • Accreditation: As a 4* Accredited AGCO Dealership Franchise, we specialize in Massey Ferguson, Fendt Tractors, and Parts.

Returns and Refunds Policy

General Policy

  • 14-Day Return Policy: Unfitted or unused parts can be returned within 14 days for a refund.
  • Return Address: Send your returns to Massey Tractor Parts, 24-26 Market Street, Ballymoney, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, BT53 6EB.
  • Free Return Postage: Available under certain conditions, particularly if a part recommended by our staff doesn’t fit your machine.

Clothing & Merchandise

  • No-Questions-Asked Refund: Return any clothing or merchandise within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Exchange Policy: Our policy extends to 21 days for exchanging items.

Stock Clearance Sales

  • Final Sale Policy: Items marked as stock clearance are final sale, except in cases of incorrect item delivery.

International Returns

  • 14-Day International Return Policy: The same conditions as our general policy apply.
  • Additional Charges: Customers cover any costs from couriers or customs agencies. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs Fees

When ordering from another country, you may incur custom fees set by your local customs authority. These are separate from our charges and are the customer's responsibility. If customs fees are not paid, resulting costs and a 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Couriers: We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, & FedEx, all offering tracked and signed-for delivery.
  • Delayed Deliveries: Contact the relevant courier with the provided tracking number for updates.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

  • Customer Responsibility: Ensure the accuracy of the delivery address.
  • Parcel Issues: Contact us for assistance with any delivery issues.

Damaged Parcel Policy

  • Visible Damage: Refuse delivery of parcels with visible damage to ensure accountability from the courier.

Additional Shipping Charges

Occasionally, larger items may require additional shipping costs. We will provide a courier quote and offer a full refund if you are not satisfied. For orders outside the EU, customs clearance duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
