Massey Tractor Parts is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offers a straightforward returns process:

• Standard Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused parts and merchandise, provided they are in their original condition. All parts come with a 1-year warranty.
• Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage, except in cases of staff-recommended parts or incorrect items.
• Clothing Returns: Clothing can be returned within 14 days, with an extended 30-day refund or exchange policy.
• International Returns: Returns from outside the UK follow similar guidelines, but customers are responsible for courier and customs costs.
• Exclusions: Items purchased during stock clearance sales are non-returnable.
