FAQ - Massey Tractor Parts

Returns & Refunds

1. Can I return parts that haven't been fitted or used? Yes, you can return all parts that haven't been fitted or used within 14 days for a refund. Please send the returns to Massey Tractor Parts at 24-26 Market Street, Ballymoney, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, BT53 6EB.

2. Who covers the cost of return postage for parts? Unless you have been recommended a part by our staff that doesn't fit your machine as required, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

3. What is the warranty period for parts? All parts are covered by a 1-year warranty. In the event of a part breaking, please contact us, and we will replace it with a brand new part.

4. Can I return clothing and merchandise items? Yes, you can return clothing and merchandise items within 14 days of the delivered-on date for a full refund. The items must be in the condition they were received. Return them to Massey Tractor Parts, and once we receive the returns, we will issue a refund.

5. Who covers the cost of return postage for clothing and merchandise items? We are unable to cover the cost of return postage unless the wrong item or a different size than ordered was received.

6. What if an item of clothing doesn't fit? If an item of clothing doesn't fit, you can return it to us, and we will refund it once we receive the returns. This will allow you to reorder another item or a different size. Our policy for exchanging items extends to 21 days.

7. Are stock clearance sale products eligible for returns or exchanges? No, unless the wrong item was received, all sales of stock clearance sale products are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

8. How do international returns work? International returns for parts that haven't been fitted or used can be made within 14 days for a refund. The cost of return postage will be covered by the customer. Returns that incur costs from couriers or customs agencies will also be covered by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Customs Fees

10. Do I need to pay customs fees for imported goods? When importing goods from another country, you may be required to pay customs fees upon arrival in your destination country. These fees are set and controlled by your local customs authority and are separate from Massey Tractor Parts' costs. Failure to pay customs fees may result in the goods being returned to us in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Any costs incurred to return the goods, including customs duties, will be deducted from the refund issued upon return. Additionally, there will be a 10% handling fee of the price of the ordered goods.

11. Why do customs fees occur? Customs fees are usually applied by the local area where you live as a tax on the order. Depending on your worldwide location, you may have been able to order tax-free from us. Please be aware of these possible charges before placing an order, and if you are unsure, feel free to check with our staff before ordering from our website.

Free Shipping

12. Is free shipping available for orders? Free shipping is available for orders in the UK & Ireland that are over £180, including VAT. This offer applies only to items weighing less than 20kg and does not include the highlands or channel islands.

Cancellation Policy

13. Can I cancel my order? Yes, if you decide to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily cancel and refund the order right away.

14. What if the order has already been dispatched before cancellation? If the order has been dispatched before cancellation, you can still return the item within 14 days of receiving it. We will accept the return, and our exchange policy extends to 21 days from the date of receipt.
