BBZ8000 utiliza un proceso de ensamblaje completamente diferente al de su hermano mayor, BBZ6000, además de una serie de nuevas características de seguridad y componentes livianos. además es 360º reflectante , no metálico y tiene incorporado Protección contra impactos en el tobillo con certificación EN (AN) y soporte de Aquiles.
BBZ8000 presenta una puntera de seguridad nano súper liviana, una entresuela antipenetración liviana y un proceso de unión de la suela que ahorra peso. Es comparable en peso a sus competidores de poliuretano moldeado y, al igual que su hermano mayor, se ajusta como un guante, no como un tubo.
